This is the last weekend of going out before my wedding. Not only is it the first day of London Fashion Week, but it is also my hen party! After this weekend I’m going on a serious detox mission – no heavy makeup, minimal sugar, lots of vegetable juice, face masks and early nights pre wedding. But for now, let’s party!
For makeup I’m going to go for the ‘more is more’ approach and just slap everything on – but I’m going to make sure that what I do slap on is damn good quality and sophisticated. I’ll use my Makeup Forever Full Cover concealer as both an under eye brightener and a highlighter and Tarte The Sculptor to create a Kardashian contouring effect.
In terms of eyeshadow, I’m going to use the darkest and the shimmeriest (is that even a word?) from the Bobbi Brown Smokey Nudes palette and use the Bobbi Brown Smokey eye liner in Black Coffee to define my lashline and under lash line – I’ll then use the sponge applicator to really smoke things out.
I’ll define my brows with the Tom Ford Brow Sculptor. A light dusting of Rimmel Stay Matte Powder should keep everything nicely in place until the early hours of the morning, and this Oriflame Nude Lipstick will do the job for a nude yet not mannequin esque lip.
