Must read/watch- Allure magazine will always be my must read, but the September issue is jam packed with thought provoking beauty articles such as the skin bleaching addiction that a lot of Jamaican women have, and the first every make over- as well as fun snippets on new releases, which haircuts rock for AW13, and how to style a preppy cape in a multitude of ways. You can either read it on a tablet or if you’re London based Harrods, Selfridges and other large newsagents with an international section sell it!
Buy of the week- This week’s buy of the week is just H&M in general. I have been in nearly every day and bought something. Balenciage-esque winter jackets without the price tag? Sorted! Beautiful flowing chiffon dresses fit for a black tie dinner? Yup. Isabel Marant-esque leather studded shorts? Uhuh. It’s just superb at the moment and I’m now even more excited for the Isabel Marant for H&M collection to launch…November 14th people. Pencil it into the diaries now!
Most worn beauty product- I’ve been popping Liz Earle’s lipstick in the shade Tea Rose onto my lips daily for a ‘your lips but better’ pout.
Skincare saviour- Chanel’s ‘Le Weekend’. I’m not saying anymore because this baby is getting a post all of its own coming up next week!
Products I’m coveting- My mum went and bought a Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palette, and I’m now a tad envious. I really want the quad named ‘The Sophisticate’!
