I’m starting to feel like a broken record, or a Charlotte Tilbury groupie, but I have yet another one of her products which has absolutely blown my proverbial socks off. The Rock’n’Kohl liquid pencil liner in Barbarella Brown is the perfect eyeliner. It is my new HG beauty product, one that I can see myself repurchasing from now until the end of time. It is creamy – like a hybrid between a kohl and liquid liner, and glides over the lash line beautifully whilst imparting the most incredible pigment. The shade I went for is like a chocolate minstrel tone, not as harsh as black but still incredibly dark.
I have a weekend full of celebrations for my friends Indian wedding so it is safe to say that I will be using plenty of this, the best part about it, is that it doesn’t budge. I drew the heart on my hand (in above photo) and rubbed at it to try and take it off, nope, it just about came off in the shower after a little scrubbing, I then had to finally use some Bioderma to remove the remnants. This is sweat/party proof eyeliner at its best. My only complaint is that it is so creamy that you need to resharpen after every use to make sure you get a precise line, but everything else is so spot on that this one little issue doesn’t bother me too much.
