As they say better late than never hey? August has been a bit of an odd one for me, I overdid it on the holidays and eating way too much sugar so my skin went a little bit cray. These products aren’t just August favourites anymore but every day staples which have been getting my skin hair and pout all back to pretty perfection for the hectic month of September- let’s get stuck in!
L’Oreal Paris EverSleek No Sulphates Shampoo: My hair has been adoring these products this month, the lack of sulphates has meant that my locks are not dried out yet still thoroughly cleansed. Hair feel weightless, smooth and manageable and I’ve had quite a few hair related compliments, if there’s one thing you buy this month then it has to be something from this range. They have three different sets of shampoos and conditioners for over worked, super dry and colour damaged hair- I have all three and mix and match depending on my hair woes.
Cattier Paris Masque Argile: This budget buy from the French pharmacy (under 5 euros!!) works like magic for dull and congested skin. Any blemishes disappear instantly and skin looks brighter and fresher. Like a good nights sleep and a few months of healthy eating in a face mask- win!
Do Son Diptyque EDT: Ugh this scent is just gorgeous. It will be a sad sad day when I spray the last few drops on my wrists. For my full review click here. Needless to say this scent works just as well in September and in the coming Autumn months as it’s not too floral- perfection.
Dermophil: This French pharmacy lip balm glides on like an oil and rehydrates chapped lips and instantly soothes cracked and sore pouts. Permanently in my makeup bag and ideal for under drying lipsticks.
Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick- Notting Hill Nude: This nude lipstick has the most fantastic formula that literally doesn’t budge all day. Worn alone it’s a perfect not too washed out or pink toned nude, and when mixed with something bright it tones it down perfectly. A multi tasking lipstick!
Origins Drink Up Intensive: My skin has been parched due to lots of flying and this has been the only remedy that’s actually worked. Whilst rehydrating the skin it also soothes blemishes and calms redness. An all round hero product that I use twice a week. My skin looks plump, nourished and healthy in the mornings after using this.
September is looking like a very exciting beauty month and my favourites list is already growing with every hour…uh oh- prepare yourself for a long one next month!
I have the L’Oreal shampoo and conditioner from the line and I agree, works really well!
Love your picks! I’m quite curious for the Cattier masks after all the raving you’ve been doing.
