The Olsen twins are synonymous with oversized sunglasses, ripped jeans and copious amounts of Balenciaga, but recently they have become renowned for their eye makeup. It’s almost as if they’ve trademarked the under eye shadow trend double handedly. I gave their look a whirl back in September at London Fashion Week and loved my makeup a little sexier and rock’n’roll for the day. Well here Ashley is with a festive not to the trend. Cranberrry coloured eyeshadow! The look couldn’t be easier to recreate, the messier the better. Just make sure you have some Bioderma and q-tips handy. Next up choose your cranberry shade, MAC Cranberry or Maybelline Metallic Pomegranate are perfect. Then use your ring finger to smudge in your shadow on your eyelids and then use a q tip to trace the colour underneath your lower lash line (cleaning up as you go- you don’t want it too rock’n’roll). Complete the look with glowing skin, I’d opt for NARS Sheer Glow and lashes of mascara. Brush up your brows for extra Olsen point and voila!
