Mondays can be hard, and for most, is the least favourite day of the week. However, I always look forward to Mondays. I like being fully productive after the weekend, and I look forward to my schedule for the week ahead. However, sometimes dragging myself up and out of bed can be a little bit of a chore (always helped by the imminent promise of coffee) but here are three things which are going to be making my Monday, and my whole week cheery.
Serge Lutens Un Bois Vanille – My Valentine bought me a bottle of this divine perfume. It’s warm musky scnet lingers on the skin for hours, the bottle is chic, and just smelling the lid of the bottle puts me in the most amazing mood. A truly gorgeous perfume. Thanks Amelia for yet another stellar recommendation!
Revlon Colourburst Lacquer Balm – Demure – At first I hated this product, it washed out my lips, was too slippy and had a little too much shimmer running through it. However, I’ve found a great use for it. Whenever I want to tone down a bolder pink, for example Hourglass Opaque Liquid Lipstick Rose it works wonders, and leaves lips glossy and slightly more natural. It works really well with pretty much any darker toned nude or pink.
