The other day, after my Russian class I begged my sister Lily to come and meet me for a shake shack in the sun. I didn’t want to have to go straight home after class and felt like having a naughty lunch and enjoying the glorious weather. As she’s currently on her school Summer holidays, she of course obliged. We sauntered over to Shake Shack and managed to get a table in the shade but outside, I ordered a plain burger and fries (I always eat my burgers plain) and a 50/50 drink which is half iced tea and half lemonade (avoid! Really “meh” tasting). Lily had a full on cheese burger and cheesy fries (ah to be able to tolerate diary!) and had a blueberry lemonade. We sat and chatted for a while before going for a saunter around the piazza and popping into the MAC store to discover what is now my ALL TIME FAVOURITE FOUNDATION – Oooh I’m going to keep the mystery and suspense before I reveal what that is!
For the occasion I wore a simple black H&M vest, these jazzy Topshop beaded shorts, my Forever 21 sandals and this Nasty Gal bag (a dream as it carries all my books for Russian. Lily wore Topshop boyfriend jeans, Jeffrey Campbell shoe booties, Brandy Melville top Topshop sunnies and a cute little Topshop satchel.
