I have a whole video coming up next week on my updated travel makeup and toiletries bag but I just wanted to holler over a blog post on the products that I take with me when I go away. I’m currently in Bucharest for the weekend and I realised that I’ve had quite a few mini weekend European trips over the past few months and haven’t ever done a post on my toiletries, so here goes:
I’m lucky enough to just need one cleanser, so my La Roche Posay Physiological Gel (whilst big) is light and travel friendly and does the job for both my AM and PM cleanse. I’ve become obsessed with the Clarins instant eye makeup remover and I adore this mini bottle (which is sadly coming to an end) for taking away with me – it also smells gorgeous). A little bit of facial moisturiser from LRP is a must – this Toleriane Ultra is the most gorgeous formula and keeps my skin happy. I can’t be without a spot treatment, so even though it’s a glass bottle, Mario Badescu’s spot treatment comes with! For minis I love the Philip Kingsley travel friendly shampoo and conditioner and this mini Bumble Surf Spray is just the cutest!
For fragrance, I decant my favourite in to a Travalo so that I don’t have to lug any heavy bottles. A tangle teezer is also a must for me and I usually chuck that in my handbag. A mini deodorant and light toothbrush are also essential.
