I’ve been a girly girl for as long as I can remember, as soon as I could watch Disney films, I would spend my days going to the park dressed as either Snow White, Cinderella or Princess Jasmine. I played with Barbies until I was nearly 13, and well….look at me now! It’s fair to say that I’ve always been into the very overt and obviously girly things. However, I’ve found a recent penchant for blue. Not that I’ve been dressing head to toe in pink my entire life, but I tend to favour warmer shades or neutrals (lots and lots of black too), but I’ve never really liked blue too much. However, recently I’ve found myself falling a little bit in love with all different and varying shades.
I love my current nail polish -Essie’s Mint Candy Apple, it’s the perfect shade stepping into Spring. I’ve also started favouring a paler more blue shade of denim, both in jeans and denim shirts, I’ve been gravitating towards breton stripes and I’ve also discovered a new found love for navy, in fact I’ve been preferring navy items to black as of late. I feel like I’ve been neglecting one of the most versatile colours in the spectrum and now I’m totally on board and absolutely loving it!
