February Favourites

febfavouritesblogpost

I thought I’d do this months favourite a little earlier than usual. The  main reason being, is that I haven’t actually done a monthly favourites since November! I really wanted to start my YouTube channel and start doing my favourites over there, so wanted to hold off until that was ready. And now it is! Woohoo…

This month has been filled to the brim of incredible products that I haven’t been able to put down. The Bioderma Hydrabio Riche has been saving my skin from the harsh Wintry winds we’ve been subjected to, and the By Terry Terrybly Densillis foundation has helped me feel as though I have a flawless complexion. Palettes have also been big this month with two making it into my favourites – Smashbox Full Exposure and Burberry Beauty Rose Pink.

I’ve fallen head over heels for Serge Lutens Un Bois Vanille and can’t get enough of the musky sweet sexy scent that lingers on the skin for hours. My brows have been taken care of by the Tom Ford Brow Sculptor which do all the work for you, leaving you with the most perfectly groomed brows. The NARS satin lip pencil in Isola Bella has been a firm favourite, leaving the most gorgeous peachy toned nude which works with all makeup looks – the formula is also faultless.

The Burberry Beauty palette in Rose Pink is a touch outside my comfort zone, but the buttery soft slightly shimmery shades leave the most stunning Spring look and work perfectly with lighter clothes. To finish off the slightly Spring themed favourites, the Nails inc gel effect Mayfair Lane polish is the ideal girly pink, again, not my usual nail shade of choice, but I haven’t been able to stop wearing it for the last five weeks. My only issue? The wear time isn’t as brilliant as you’d expect, but that aside the colour is stunning.
