Bourjois Bronzing Primer

My skin tone can go from irovy toned olive to golden brown in a day- being half Indian and half English it’s often hard to adjust to the drastic changes in my skin tone, especially in the Summer months. After a week in Mykonos my Chantecaille Tinted Moisturiser was just too pale for my skin tone and I needed something to balance it out, whilst bronzer I initially used my trusty NARS Casino bronzer, I was finding I wanted more of an all over effect (I mainly use my bronzer for contouring) so I was starting to consider investing in a darker base for the next few months…that was until I discovered Bourjois Bronzing Primer. A sort of mousse like texture which you apply before makeup that not only preps and matifies the skin but also adds a warmth (totally non orange-y) to your usual base, making my usual makeup wearable with my darker skin tone. For only £9.99 it’s such a bargain and adds a lovely healthy glow, I’ve heard other bloggers describe it as a dupe for Chanel’s Soleil Tan which I can’t say I’ve ever tried, but I believe it does the same sort of job but for a lot more £££.

The perfect product to pick up if you’re off on holiday and don’t want to worry about your face looking much paler than the rest of your body! It comes in one universal shade which adjusts to your base and just adds a bronzed warmth.  My new Summer must have. It also smells absolutely delicious!
