Over London Fashion Week the place to be was the 6th floor suite in the One Aldwych hotel where Handpicked Media set up shop for all of us rain sodden and exhausted bloggers in between shows and events- my feet were particularly happy to rest after hours of tottering around the cobbles of Somerset House in literal rain wind and hail. There was food and drink galore and lots of eye candy in the form of makeup, skincare, hair care and jewellery. Anna Lou of London set up an exclusive ‘Let’s get Personal’ mini boutique in the suite for us bloggers to personalise our own piece of jewellery. Out of all of the options I was particularly drawn to the star sign pendants (big up fellow Aquarians!) on 18kt gold plated sterling silver on a medium length chain which hits just above the bust, making it longer than most necklaces without it looking like an olympic medal.
To say that I love it would be an understatement, it looks amazing when worn with a plain t shirt or sweatshirt with jeans and a messy bun or with a simple dress for an evening out. I love how weightless it feels and it doesn’t tangle in my long locks (something a lot of necklaces do on me).
