With my skin looking and feeling better than it has in a long time this weekend (would you guys like to see a blog post on my new skincare diet and the incredible facialist I’m now seeing!?) I decided to really emphasise the area that used to be known as “my problem area” today. I’m talking cheeks!
As the sun is shining – I have no intention of sitting around at home all day, I need to get me a fix of vitamin D, so I’ll be popping on this incredibly gorgeous Revlon Powder Blush Race Rose which is the most pigmented and prettiest powder blush I’ve used in ages. It doesn’t melt into foundation at all, yet it doesn’t sit atop it looking all powdery. It leaves such a gorgeous pop of colour, I can’t help but smile – cheese alert I know!! For an incredible £7.99 it has totally blown me away, so much so that I’ve not just saved this for Sundays, I’ve been wearing it every single other day as well! To compliment this delightful Spring shade I’ll also be illuminating my cheekbones with a little Jouer Highlighter which has the most gorgeous buttery creamy texture and really enhances cheekbones, it also twinkles beautifully in the sun – no not in a Twilight kind of way, more like an iridescent Botticelli painting. All in all, today I’m showing off my cheeks, because they are totally blemish and bump free, the sun is shining and Spring is well and truly here!
