Spring Style

Ok so Spring hasn’t officially Sprung but the weather has certainly warmed up from the awful Beast from The East, it may be miserable and rainy but at least it feels kind of fresh and mild. We’ve also had the odd sunny day scattered in amongst the downpours and quite a few more on the cards for the coming couple of weeks (fingers crossed).

Since being pregnant with a visible bump (my consistent, ie not just bloating bump started at around week 16/17 and I didn’t truly ‘pop’ with a hardened ‘solid’ bump until middle of 19/20)  I’ve absolutely loved getting dressed and relished the challenge and opportunity to dress something I love so much. I’ve done a lot more shopping than usual lately, I always tend to do four big shops a year as each season changes but this seasonal change seems to be even bigger and better due to my completely different physique – a stone heavier so far with boobs up 1 and a half cup sizes! I am vlogging this week and quite a few of my orders will be arriving so I’ll be showing you and trying on in that, stay tuned as that will most likely be up next weekend!

This dress from Nasty Gal was one of the best purchases so far, I love the muted green floral print and the shape is uber flattering on a bigger chest (nearly a double D which is ginormous for me as I was only a small C before!) and both hides and accentuates the bump at the same time. I paired it with this olive leather jacket from Matthew Williamson and my faithful Stuart Weitzman grey highland boots – four years and still looking brand new, one of the best investments ever!
