I love neutral eyeshadows – love love love them. Give me a buttery taupe and flat brown and I’m the happiest girl in the world, so when I got my paws on the Smashbox Full Exposure Palette I was over the moon, especially as I’ve been a Smashbox eyeshadow fan for a while. With fourteen shades in total, seven matte and seven shimmery, it is a neutral smokey eye lover’s dream. I’ve been using the middle matte shades the most for an every day neutral eye, but I can see myself going full throttle with the shimmers and the darker shades for a night out.
I don’t own that many palettes, but I just adore their versatility and how convenient they are for travelling. I’m going on a mini road trip in a few weeks around Europe and this will definitely be coming with me. Also it’s worth mentioning that the brush that comes with the palette is absolutely AMAZING. Caps locks worthy amazing. With a fluffy blending side and a smaller side for packing on the shimmery shades – it is my new holy grail in eyeshadow brushes and I’ll be using it for all of my other shadows as well – not just with the palette. An all round thumbs up from me!
