Recently I seem to have come full circle in the world of beauty and my current beauty wish list is having a case of deja vu. The majority of products that I’m wanting (after having somewhat lost my beauty buzz over the past 5 weeks or so it’s now back with a vengeance) are the same ones that I originally lusted after around three years ago when I first cottoned on that there were beauty blogs!
Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm: Why did this cleanser disappear into the beauty black hole? Yes it’s pricey, and yes the Body Shop Chamomile Cleansing Oil does a similar job, but my skin was truly glowing and fabulous when I used this (circa 2012 to 2013 – two tubs) and as the weather gets colder and the nights get longer I’m craving that balmy texture to massage into my face. I might have to do a Space NK splurge today…
Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer: This has been on my list for god know’s how long but I’ve never actually purchased it as I ended up buying the Makeup Forever Full Cover Concealer instead which is nearing its end now (I’ve worn it daily since May 2014!). I feel like time is nigh to finally try this cult classic..
CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua: I first bought this foundation back in 2012 when I watched Tanya Burr use it in an Olivia Palermo makeup tutorial and I never looked back. It’s definitely my Autumn/Winter foundation as it just gives such a clean velvetty mat finish that looks flawless and rather porcelain. The scent is also so reminiscent of Autumn to me and I love when a product can make you feel good inside as well as out!
Yes I totally agree with you about Emma Hardie. I haven’t used it since 2013/2014 and my skin is ‘missing’ it. When my Clinique take the day off balm runs out I am going to repurchase this!!

Lauder doublewear concealer is my absolute hg. Make sure you get the tube though rather than the pot!
I’ve made a number of repurchases myself. Actually I’d love an article/video on things you’ve repurchased, with mini reviews!
My first ‘cult’ products were due to reading Amazing Face by Zoe Foster (it’s brilliant) and included the Mario Badescu Drying Lotion and Chanel Perfection Lumière Velvet. I miss the smell of the Chanel foundation and I’ve heard you rave about Vitalumière Aqua, so it’s going on my wish list xx
