Asides from the obvious (keys, oyster card, money etc) there are items that I just couldn’t bear to leave the house without. For me a lip balm, lip stain, eyeliner and highlighter is vital throughout the day just to have on standby. If my skin is going through a dodgy phase then I’ll add a high coverage concealer into the mix as well. Without hand sanitizer I’d feel totally lost as I hate the gross feeling post holding on on the tube. The Charlotte Tilbury Rock’n’Kohl Liquid Pencils are incredibly long lasting, but just in case I need a touch up later towards the afternoon they’re good to have on hand. I find a pop of highlighter is easier to apply on the go than blush, so I adore this Jouer one. An easy lip balm to carry around is this Maybelline Baby Lips one and my current favourite lip product of the moment has to be Hourglass Opaque Liquid Lipstick Canvas.
What can’t you bear to leave the house without?
At least 5 lip products, concealer and , how bizarre, my Hourglass Arch brow sculpting pencil, because nothing lasts all day on my oily and sparse bra’s!!
I also always have either a Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge, a Becca Beach Tint or an Edward Bess lip and cheek compact thingy in my bag, just in case my blush AND my lipstick disappear. I can apply those without retiring to the bathroom!
I never need to take eyeliner, mine stays put (I use Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier or Mac eyeliners).
Haven’t tried any of the Charlotte Tilbury products yet but really looking forward too!
