Whilst perusing the rails of Zara’s sale (absolutely amazing by the way – everything is cheap as chips) I started absent-mindedly spraying their perfume offerings, one in particular that blew me away was Zara Nuit. A musky and floral scent with topnotes of amber and vanilla, it reminded me of a mix of Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb and Prada Amber. Sexy and light yet totally gorgeous. What blew me away even more so was the price – £12.99 for 100ml – sold! I usually think of fragrance as expensive, I’m not a fan of the usual departure lounge obvious offerings – let alone the dreaded ‘celebrity fragrances’ *shudders*, but here I found an affordable, incredibly and might I add beautifully housed (the bottle is so chic isn’t it?) perfume for just over £10. Bargain!
Next up on my shopping trip I ventured over to Topshop where I picked up this pair of very Miu Miu esque tortoiseshell sunglasses for just £16! Comfortable on the face, good UV protection and you can fling them on without constantly worrying about scratching or losing them – result!
Sometimes it’s fun to find a little luxe for less and not let anyone else in on your secret…oh wait, too late for me!
