Holiday Beauty Breakdown

 

When I’m away I get into a beauty routine so slick that I hardly have to think at all – I just go into autopilot. Here’s how it goes:

AM: Simple Cleansing Wipe, La Roche Posay Anthelios XL ultra light tinted fluid SPF 50 +++, Creme De La Mer Radiant under eye concealer. If I’m just staying by the pool all day that will be it, however if we’re going for a nice lunch to a beach club then I cover any blemishes with Makeup Forever Full Cover Waterproof concealer and do a coat or two of Clarins Waterproof Mascara and a tinted lip balm like Perricone MD No Lipstick Lipstick.

PM: Simple Cleansing Wipe, shower, hair wash, Serozinc, LRP Toleriane Ultra Light moisturiser, Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk, CDLM concealer, MUF concealer, Clarins brow pencil, Tom Ford Cognac Sable eyeshadow palette, Kiko highlighting stick (full review coming soon), Too Faced Dark Chocolate Soleil bronzer, Rimmel Stay Matte powder, Eyeko Waterproof gel eyeliner, Boldly Bare (or Soar/Chicory/Spice/Dervish) lip liner and either Velvet Teddy or Kinda Sexy MAC lipstick.

PM/PM: Full makeup removal using La Roche Posay Physiological Cleanser, Serozinc, Toleriane. Sleep. Zzz.
