This is a grown up way of doing double denim, taking ultra fine textures and mixing them. Yesterday for a particularly cloudy day I decided to layer up (despite it being June!) and wear my ripped Topshop Leighs with this Zara denim trench. I finished the look with this peasant style blouse from Zara, Acne tan ankle boots, Dior So Real sunglasses and my Givenchy Lucrezia floral bag. The light layers kept me cosy when necessary and also not too flustered when the sun reared its head. Whilst I love the more relaxed double denim trend I really enjoyed giving it a grown up twist.
