Give Up Clothes For Good

Autumn is by far my favourite season – it always has been. I love the slight chill in the air, the fact that the sun sets at a reasonable 6:30-7pm (4pm is just depressing and 9:45pm is just weird) and lazy weekend days can be spent mooching through leaves and eating one’s body weight in Sunday roast. But most of all I love that it’s a clean start.

This is why today I am teaming up with TK Maxx and Cancer Research UK to do a livestream on Facebook here at 12:30pm going through my wardrobe and asking you guys to help me decide what to keep and what to donate to my local TK Maxx – I’ll then be heading down there later on in the day (which you guys can follow along on Snapchat, username: tijanserena) and donating the pieces you helped me choose!

A little history about Giving Up Clothes For Good –

‘Give Up Clothes for Good’ is TK Maxx’s national cancer awareness charity campaign in partnership with Cancer Research UK, Kids & Teens. TK Maxx hosts the UK’s longest running clothes collection with £25.5m raised since 2004. Give Up Clothes for Good is in its 12 th year and its aim is to get the British public to donate quality, unwanted clothing and homeware to their nearest TK Maxx store. Through these donations TK Maxx supports Cancer Research UK Kids and Teens, who help children and teenagers battling with cancer.

It’s for a good cause and it’s a great opportunity to have some live engagement with you and go through all my clothes! I hope to see you there!
