By Terry Terrybly Densiliss Foundation

So this is how the story goes, Amelia starts tweeting about the By Terry Terrybly Densiliss Foundation incessantly  after leaving it on holiday, I was intrigued, the tweets continued until she actually went and re bought it, I was even more intrigued. I popped down to my local Space NK, tried it on over the makeup I already had on and two minutes later I was stopped and asked what I had on my skin….nearly sold. I then went back to Space NK and asked the sales assistant for a small sample in a pot, so that I could try it on at home on a blank canvas – voila, I came home with a baby pot of foundation. I wore the foundation over the weekend and took some outfit photos – yet more compliments on my skin. Needless to say, the rest is pretty much history…

The Texture: A light liquid consistency, it isn’t greasy or overly runny. It glides onto skin seamlessly, almost like a second layer of perfect skin. It balances out oily t-zones and moisturises dehydrated cheeks, all without looking overly dewy. 1 part luminosity to 1 part mattifying and 1 part pure magic.

The Longevity: This stuff sits comfortably on the skin all day, so comfortably in fact that you don’t even feel like you’re wearing foundation at all, it feels more like a layer of skincare protection.

Good for: I’d recommend this for all skin types, especially those with serious combination skin  and more mature drier skin types. It also has special technology to “wrinkle control”. At the grand old age of 23, I’m not too bothered by wrinkles yet, in fact I was almost deterred by all of the anti-aging properties in the foundation (I thought it might be too heavy for my sensitive skin and break me out) but actually I think quite the opposite. The formula is magic, it basically has the coverage of a medium to full coverage foundation, as well as being lightweight enough to let skin breathe and not look caked on the skin.

Shade range: The shades all seem to be on the ‘pinky’ side of things, but for someone with olive coloured skin with yellow undertones I was worried I wasn’t going to find my match. However, once on the skin the pinky tone immediately dissipates and the colour adapts to your skin tone. I wear the shade 08 warm sand (pictured above) and it is ideal. I believe the colour is the third from darkest in the range.

Will I Repurchase?: Here’s the catch, it’s £75 (although Space NK Ndulge points make it easier!)!! Woah. However, a little goes a hell of a long way. You only need the smallest amount to cover your entire face (the tiny sample pot lasted me two uses and the SA only put about two pumps in there). Now I’ve started my YouTube channel and will be filming regularly, I find that this is the perfect foundation for it. As it stands, I’ll most definitely want this baby in my makeup bag for the foreseeable future!
