I’ve been lusting after a pair of cropped flairs for the best part of the Summer after living in my boyfriend jeans for the best part of a year. Skinny jeans are well and good when the weather is dismal and wet, but there’s something so freeing about looser cropped jeans that keep you both cosy and cool (both literally and figuratively).
I ordered these Topshop flairs about a week before I left for holiday, so I suppose around 5 weeks ago now but didn’t get the chance to wear them as they were delivered the day I left for France! Since being back I’ve worn them to death, so much so that I’m almost sick of them. I teamed them with this bardot breton striped top, simple Zara black blazer and tan leather sandals as well as my Chanel Boy for a day of meetings and then a cinema trip to see Inside Out (amazing film FYI, I heart sadness), they kept me comfy on my tube journeys yet the blaze made me feel smart and appropriate for my meetings. You can wear them in a more 70s vibe by pairing them with a paisley print and tan ankle boots, check back next week to see me style them in a more bohemian transitional way!
