If you read TSL regularly you’ll know that a couple of weeks ago I went on holiday to Mykonos Greece where I pretty much spent the entirety of my trip in La Roche Posay’s Anthelios XL SPF50+++ and a slick of Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Muse and that was pretty much that. However, on return from my holiday I wanted a more polished look for day to day London. I wanted to relish in being able to wear makeup that wasn’t going to sweat off my face in mere minutes, and it was during a day of playing around with all the makeup I had neglected whilst on holiday that I rediscovered my love for Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua foundation. The foundation gives a finish unlike any of my other bases, the finish is like airbrushed velvet- not totally matte but not at all dewy or glowy, just really lovely, natural and together looking, basically if Olivia Palermo were a foundation, she would be this one.
To really set it and make it last pair it with Chanels Les Beiges healthy glow powder and you’re shine free and airbrushed all day long. J’adore.
