My skin in London was becoming increasingly irritated with the heat wave + makeup + over esque tube situation which was leading to little breakouts. Since being on holiday, however, I’ve given foundation a wide berth and have instead been generously applying the La Roche Posay Anthelios XL Ultra Light Tinted fluid. It seamlessly applies and sinks into skin but leaving a luminosity that doesn’t look greasy, it protects the skin with an SPF of 50 and gives the slightest hint of coverage (enough to make me feel like acne scars/blemishes and pigmentation all looks vaguely even pre spot concealing) with zero added fragrance. It’s easy to pop into a beach bag and works well when reapplied throughout the day. I’ve found my HG SPF now and if the heat wave is still going strong when I get home at the end of this week then I’ll be wearing it daily back at home as well!
